Here are a couple of modified versions that MAY work for her. The .ttf 
works ok (but s-l-o-o-o-w-l-y) on Win98SE.

This was a typical Font Creator creation, with hundreds of empty 
glyphs and the usual unchanged defaults (copyright, etc.). I ran it 
through FontLab and:
   Changed from a 2048 unit matrix to a 1000-unit
   Used FLab's automatic "contour optimization". I have no idea what 
it  actually does, but it couldn't hurt!
   Deleted all the unused characters/glyphs.
